David Heiple is the President of Heiple Travers, a privately owned tenant representation company in Arizona. David is committed to only representing tenants in their lease and purchase transactions of commercial space throughout the Valley. His market expertise, creative deal-making skills and keen negotiating skills have enabled him to maintain his position at the forefront of the industry.

He has personally negotiated more than 1,400 office/medical leases totaling over 8.8 million square feet for many of Phoenix’s most prestigious tenants. He has earned the trust of a loyal clientele by his dedication to provide thoughtful and creative solutions on high-value real estate projects. David’s credentials are enhanced by a strong working knowledge of the local Phoenix real estate marketplace and exclusive dedication to tenant representation. David began his real estate career in 1979. During the first 20 years of his career he represented landlords in office, industrial and retail projects. During that time, David represented the two largest mixed use office projects in the state of Arizona.

David’s objectives are to always establish trust, credibility, superior service and outstanding results for his clients by consistently exceeding their expectations. He delivers tailored solutions designed to help his clients through the transaction process with a single point of contact. He has a proven track record for reducing his clients occupancy costs and putting his clients goals and needs above everything else.
